Termite control is the first thing to think of, if you are planning to develop or build a house or property. The liquid treatments are directly applied to the inside & outside and to eliminate the termites completely it is also applied in the foundation. Our specialized termite control treatment plan encloses direct injection of liquid termicide within the walls and under concrete slabs.

Treatment Procedure:

Horizontal Barriers

• Bottom and sides of the trenches of Foundation

Vertical Barriers

• Exterior Backfill soil around foundation walls
• External perimeter Treatment

Bottom and sides of the trenches of Foundation

After the excavation of the trenches is completed, the first stage i.e. anti termite treatment is carried out for the foundation. The bottom surface and the sides (up to a height of about 1 feet) should be treated with the chemical emulsion made chemicals listed above at recommended concentrations. The chemical emulsion @ 5 lit. per sq. mtr of the surface area should be treated on Masonry foundations and basements.

Exterior Backfill soil around foundation walls

After the masonry foundation treatment and when the retaining wall of the basements comes up, the backfill in immediate contact with the foundation structure should be treated at the rate of 7.5 liters per sq. mtr. of the surface area

External perimeter Treatment

After the building is complete, rod holes shall be made along the external perimeter at 150 mm centers and 300 mm deep and these holes shall be filled with the chemical emulsion at 5 liters/sq m of the perimeter.
